Chief Business Officer
The Operations Manager will play a key role in managing the entire new client acquisition journey: from generating and nurturing inbound leads, coordinating with our internal marketing team, preparing proposals and contracts, to managing the CRM and automation systems that keep our sales pipeline thriving.You’ll be the key engine driving our new business flow, ensuring that no opportunity is missed, and every prospect receives a smooth, high-value experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to drive inbound lead generation campaigns.
- Set up, manage, and optimize CRM (Zoho) workflows, automation, lead segmentation, and pipeline tracking.
- Handle inbound leads: qualify, warm-up, follow-up, and prepare them for final deal closure by the CEO.
- Draft customized client proposals and service agreements/contracts.
- Build and optimize email sequences, retargeting audiences, and lead nurturing systems.
- Maintain CRM data integrity: lead tagging, scoring, status updates, and reporting.
- Ensure a frictionless sales process from first contact to signed contract.
- Coordinate content creation needs (briefs for designers, copywriters) as part of lead generation and nurturing funnels.
- Identify and suggest process improvements for faster sales cycles and better client acquisition.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in a marketing, sales operations, or business development role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce also considered).
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead nurturing, and sales funnel optimization.
- Experience setting up marketing and sales automation (email workflows, lead scoring, segmentation).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator.
- Excellent written English and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to prepare polished proposals, contracts, and client-facing documentation.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with a variety of digital platforms and tools.
- Smooth-talking and skilled at handling objections and warming up prospects effectively.
- (Bonus) Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, HubSpot Workflows.
