
Commis Chef
Manon Bistro is looking for a skilled and dedicated Commis Chef to join the team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:

Assist in food preparation, including cutting and chopping ingredients as per kitchen requirements.

Follow plating instructions and standard recipes to ensure consistency.

Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment throughout service.

Clean the kitchen after each shift and uphold hygiene standards.

Follow instructions from the Head Chef and kitchen team efficiently.

Work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment while ensuring quality and speed.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef.

Must understand and communicate well in English.

Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Working Schedule:
- Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday exceptions when needed.
