

Sous Chef
A Sous Chef is needed to work in a busy bistro/pizzeria in Mellieha.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Leading the kitchen staff during the Head Chef's absence, guiding and supervising the junior kitchen staff during food preparation
- Prepares food and production for dine-in clients as well as take away clients
Educational and skill requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position is a must.
- Fluent in English
