Restaurant Manager
A full-time Restaurant Manager is needed to work in a busy cafe/restaurant forming part of a popular shopping complex in Mellieha.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

Supervise, train, and schedule staff.

Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial performance.
Educational and skill requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be fluent in English and Maltese language
