The Junior Sous Chef will play a key role in supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation. The employee is also required to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment. Will also on ensuring excellent teamwork within the kitchen.

  • Applicants must be clear communicators, fluent in English and ideally in more languages too.
  • A good salary package and excellent working conditions with a reliable well-established company, will be offered to the preferred applicants. The posts offer excellent prospects for advancement at Chophouse and within other Kitchen Concepts restaurants.
  • All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, hold a clean police conduct and non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.
