Assistant Restaurant Managers

Vecchia Napoli | Salini, St. Paul's Bay and Ta' Qali

Vecchia Napoli restaurants located inside the Salini Resort, St. Paul's Bay and in Ta Qali, Malta, are currently seeking to employ Assistant Restaurant Managers to join their teams on full-time basis.

Requirements:

• Assist their Restaurant Managers in organizing and maximising the efficiency and financial performance of the Restaurants, in achieving the targets related to cost, standards and quality.
• Expected to provide an efficient and pleasant dining experience to the customers dining in the restaurants in line with the Company Policies and Procedures and in a true spirit of Hospitality.
• Will deliver training and assisting any new employees.

Requirements:

• We require individuals with passion for Italian cuisine and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be clear communicators, fluent in English and ideally in more languages too.
• All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, hold a clean police conduct and non-EU nationals should hold a valid work permit to work in Malta.
