Chef de Partie
Qbajjar Restaurant is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team!
The Chef de Partie prepares, cooks, and presents dishes to meet the restaurant’s standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes in your assigned section to the required standard.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all food served.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen section.
- Follow health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Educational and skill requirements
- Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
- Interested to work in Gozo.
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
