Breakfast Chef

In Malta, MG Group operates Caviar & Bull St Julian’s, Caviar & Bull Valletta, Sole by Tarragon Restaurant and Don Royale Restaurant.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team at Caviar & Bull Valletta.

Requirements:

• Have previous experience in a breakfast or similar kitchen environment.
• Be passionate about preparing high-quality breakfast dishes.
• Have good knowledge of food preparation, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Be reliable, organised and able to work independently.
• Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
• Good command of the English language.
• Currently located in Malta.

Main responsibilities include:

• Preparing and cooking breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Ensuring the breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene.
• Ensuring the kitchen and workstations are clean and organised.
• Monitoring food preparation and stock levels.
• Following all food safety and health & safety procedures.
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure an excellent guest experience.
