RaceBets, a member of the Betsson Group, is looking for a role as Content & CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic and multinational team.

Within the content part of the role, you will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining the content of our website. RaceBets is one of the only online bookmakers dedicated entirely to horse racing and offers betting markets in more than 40 countries. With a keen eye for detail, you will take ownership of the day to day updating of the website content and communicate any mistakes or errors in the process to the responsible departments.

In this hybrid role, you will also have CRM duties being part of the team responsible for the development and execution of CRM activity for the horse racing product within the group. You will be managing customer lifecycle by growing loyal customer base and following customer journey from on-boarding down to lapsing. Working closely with the CRM Manager and other members of the respective country teams, you will construct campaigns – from idea initiation to execution – and sub-sequent campaign analysis on horse racing-oriented campaigns.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

• Excellent written and oral skills in English
• Knowledge of the German language would be an asset
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Be able to think quickly and work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Ability to work within a team
• Previous experience and understanding of I- Gaming industry is an asset, however not essential

A FLAVOUR OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Creating the horse racing events from around 20 countries on daily basis (60 to 100 events in total per day)
• Updating race information, results, and odds so bets are paid out in a timely manner.
• Continuously checking data and maintaining the racecards on the website
• Troubleshooting the problems and fixing the mistakes on the website with cooperation with RaceBets IT teams and other departments
• Finding solutions, suggesting improvements, and continuously developing the day to day running of operations of horse racing website
• Being the first contact for the support about customer issues
• With the support of the CRM Manager, create and execute CRM campaigns.
• Test the quality and functionality of CRM Campaigns.
• Evaluate campaigns using A/B testing and control groups and provide campaign analysis.
• Create promotional campaigns alongside CRM manager and using the tools available pay out these campaigns.
• Optimize on-site content and journeys.
• Other delegated responsibilities as instructed by the manager.
