Corporate Lawyer
This role offers flexibility while contributing to a collaborative legal team. Applicants must hold a valid law degree, with at least one year of experience working with Company law or a CSP environment. Strong understanding of company law, communication, and research skills, along with fluency in English and Maltese, are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
As the Associate with Vaia Legal, you will provide a range legal support, the role is intended for future growth and the successful candidate will be exposed to several processes and services offered in the Aviation, Maritime, Corporate and Immigration sectors. This role is intended for a responsible individual.
The role is being offered on a full-time basis or reduced hours.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with little supervision and motivated to help grow the team and firm portfolio.
- A can-do attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Maltese).
- A valid driving license.
- A university degree in law and a valid warrant to practice.
- A minimum of two-year working experience in a law firm or CSP environment (more senior candidates are also being considered).
- Previous experience working with a corporate services provider, corporate, legal, compliance or accountancy environment is required.
