Customer Service Agent (Full Training Provided)

APRC Corporation Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit 3 Customer Service Agents due to its recent expansion and high client demand. Dealing with all aspects of our client's sales, customer service, and promotions campaigns, these are varied roles requiring dedication, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Generating a new customer base for our clients (face to face)
Collaborating with an enthusiastic team
Customer Service - face to face
Sales Acquisition - face to face
Collaborating towards client targets.

Educational and skill requirements

Positive and Proactive Attitude
Professional Manner
High customer service standards
Posses an EU Passport/ EU Citizen
18 years or older
Previous experience in customer service is not required
