Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and highly motivated professional to fill a dual role as a Content Creator and Business Executive. This unique position is ideal for a dynamic individual who is adept at generating engaging content and driving sales. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, while also meeting and exceeding sales targets in our business news sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative content across various social media platforms to enhance user engagement and promote our services.
• Be one of the faces of our digital channels, representing the company through on-camera presentations and updates.
• Pitch media proposals to clients and potential clients, focusing on both traditional and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their business needs are met with our advertising solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals on substantial advertising packages, keeping client interests at the forefront.
• Monitor market trends and social media to expand our client base and identify new business opportunities.
• Proactively seek out growth and consolidation opportunities within the local and digital markets.

Key Skills:

• Strong on-camera presence and experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, management, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Positive and outgoing personality, driven by financial success and client satisfaction.
• Fluency in Maltese and English, with exceptional writing skills in English.
• Proficiency in Digital creation tools and platforms.
