ELV Technicians

• Provide excellent aftersales service on-site for various ELV systems, including CCTV, intercoms, and alarms
• Efficiently close jobs and calls according to Company standards and client requirements
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Ensure all required inventory aligns with job card details
• Complete timely and accurate documentation for services and installations
• Provide a thorough handover to clients at the end of each service
• Take responsibility for the Company vehicle
• Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and foster positive client relationships
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Attend technical training provided by the Company
• Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

• Preferably MQF Level 5 Diploma or MQF Level 4 Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical subjects
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English
• Valid and clean driving license
• Clean police conduct
• Experience and tacit knowledge in the service field
• Candidates with a CPC License, License A, and experience in ELV Systems will be given priority
