Facilities & Office Specialist

The primary mission of this role is to elevate and reinforce Betsson Group's distinguished reputation for creating an exceptional workplace. As the Facilities & Office Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring our facilities not only meet but exceed industry standards. Additionally, this position involves supporting the reception team to achieve optimal performance and efficiency while consistently delivering exceptional service. Your unwavering commitment to excellence will be essential in crafting and implementing effective cost management strategies across all sites soft services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage day-to-day soft services operations, including cleaning, catering.
• Sourcing and coordinating contractors and suppliers, planning and executing maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate day-to-day facility requests and related tasks through the online Service Desk.
• Assist during any building emergencies, ensuring safety remains the top priority.
• Maintain facilities handbooks, ensuring compliance with all safety and maintenance protocols.
• Ensure all site documentation meets company compliance standards and is regularly updated.
• Ensure compliance with all government regulatory requirements relative to Security, Fire Protection, and local building regulations.
• Assist in implementing H&S procedures as needed.
• Supporting wider team with administrative duties, reception cover and projects as needed.
• Provide exceptional personalized assistance to visitors, and employees by proactively anticipating and meeting their needs.
• Ensure the delivery of cost-effective, customer-focused solutions that meet budget and schedule constraints.
• Embody the organization’s values and standards as an ambassador through your appearance and demeanour.
• Support the wider HR team on company events and activities
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• H&S qualification
• Previous experience in facilities management or the hospitality sector.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
