Factory Worker

A Factory Worker supports the production process by operating basic machinery, handling materials, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and safe working area. The role requires following instructions, meeting production standards, and working effectively as part of a team.

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, organised and reliable candidate to work in our pottery production in Attard. The candidate will be given full training on all aspects of pottery production including slip casting, fettling, modelling, glazing and packing the kilns.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Handling pottery production tasks such as slip casting, fettling, modelling, glazing, and packing the kilns.
• Operate basic machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
• Assist with assembling, packing, labelling, and preparing products for shipment.
• Check products and materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area while following health and safety procedures.

Educational and skill requirements:

No prior experience is required but the candidate must be practical and good with hand crafting.
