We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to tell our story and grow our audience. You will shoot and edit everyday social content, run our social channels and newsletters, update our websites, and design the printed pieces that sit in our shop and go home with our customers.
You will work closely with the pottery, restaurant and Arts Club teams. Your goal is simple: build awareness of all three brands and drive footfall.
We value authentic, phone-shot content over polished productions: the artisans at work, the kitchen and dining room behind the scenes, the shop, the studio and the people who make pottery, restaurant and arts club what it is.

Villa Bologna Pottery

<ul>
<li>Shoot, edit and post engaging low-fi photo and short-form video on a smartphone for reels, stories and feed</li>
<li>Create and send regular newsletters and campaigns in Klaviyo</li>
<li>Track followers, engagement and newsletter results, and report monthly on what is working</li>
<li>Keep our websites up to date</li>
<li>Design postcards, brochures, flyers, menus and in-shop signage in Canva or similar</li>
<li>Write copy and keep every channel consistent with the Villa Bologna brands</li>
</ul>

Main tasks and responsibilities

<ul>
<li>2+ years managing social media for a brand or small business</li>
<li>A good eye for photography and composition, and confidence filming on a phone</li>
<li>Comfortable editing short video and designing in Canva</li>
<li>Clear, warm writing in English</li>
<li>Organised and self-directed: you can plan a month of content and deliver it</li>
<li>Experience with Shopify or another website builder</li>
<li>Print design experience (postcards, brochures, menus)</li>
</ul>

We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, organised and reliable candidate to work in our pottery production in Attard. The candidate will be given full training on all aspects of pottery production including slip casting, fettling, modelling, glazing and packing the kilns.
