Junior Brand Executive

Are you commercially driven, creative and excited by the world of skin care and wellness? We’re looking for a Junior Brand Executive to help grow a portfolio of professional skin care brands in Malta. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to build brands, develop new business, bring product launches and campaigns to life, and create strong partnerships across the beauty, wellness and hospitality sectors.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Grow the business by identifying and developing new partnerships with spas, hotels, wellness centres, salons and aesthetic clinics.
Bring brands to life through launches, campaigns, events, promotions and engaging social media initiatives.
Turn opportunities into results by driving brand sales, expanding market presence and supporting partners with initiatives that grow their business.
Build strong brand partnerships by working closely with clients, the sales team and brand trainer to create successful launches and memorable brand experiences.
Spot what’s next by exploring market trends, competitor activity and performance insights to uncover new opportunities for growth.

Educational and skill requirements

Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2–3 years’ relevant experience in brand management, sales or business development.
Strong commercial mindset.
Genuine interest in skin care, beauty and wellness.
Valid driving licence and own vehicle.
