Field Sales Supervisor

• Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they visit clients regularly as per route list.
• Stock management.
• Liaise with the merchandising team to ensure that the Company’s brands are always well displayed.
• Visit the market regularly to ensure we are maximising shelf space.
• Assist in the distribution and maintenance of Company equipment in the market.
• Client relationship management.
• Set sales and distribution targets for the sales team.
• Authorise sales orders on a daily basis.

• O-Level standard of education.
• Able to communicate in both English and Maltese.
• Valid driving licence.
• High organisational skills.
• Past experience in an FMCG company and in a team leading role will be considered an asset.
