Food and Beverage Bars Supervisor
Within the supervisory position, you will be responsible to:
• Ensure excellence in Guest quality of product and Service
• Lead a team of people in the area of the F&B operation
• Ensure that the targets of the outlet are being met
• Train, develop and mentor your team for success
Applicants for this position must:
• Have a detailed knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails preferably backed up by relevant qualifications
• Have previous working experience within the Food and Beverage department, specifically within a bar environment
• Have excellent Communication and leadership skills and an ability to build relationships
• Be responsible and have excellent organization skills
• Precisely follow and execute daily assigned tasks
• Have a well-developed business acumen and up-selling skills
• Have flair and charisma and an excellent guest approach
• Have knowledge on the use of computer applications such as word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Be hands on an flexible in the required duties which would include some tasks traditionally assigned to a Bar attendant
