Full time Administration & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as an Administration & Logistics Coordinator. This role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination between our showroom, manufacturing, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, installations, and logistics schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers, delivery teams, and clients to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, shipments, and delivery documentation
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and data entry
  • Assist in procurement and follow-ups on orders and supplier confirmations
  • Support internal departments with document preparation and client communication
  • Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or logistics-related role (preferably in furniture, interiors, or retail)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
  • Proficiency in computer applications is required
