Group Leader (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Group Leader. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading and assisting our clients during their visit to Malta. This role requires someone with an outgoing personality, ability to adapat to any unexpected situations, excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and flexibility with working hours.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Lead and coordinate groups of travelers to various destinations within the country.
Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients throughout their journey.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all travelers at all times.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on travel schedules.
Perform administrative duties and office tasks during non-client-facing hours.
Utilize computer systems and software for itinerary management, communication, and reporting.

Educational and skill requirements

Coming from a EU country
Outgoing personality with a passion for travel and meeting new people.
Previous experience in customer service, tourism, or related fields is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical fitness and ability to participate in outdoor activities and excursions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
Proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional language is preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
A valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle will be considered an asset.
