Housekeeping Cleaner
The Housekeeping Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of hotel rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust rooms and common areas.
- Clean bathrooms, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
- Replenish guest room supplies when necessary.
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost property to management.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
- Assist with deep cleaning tasks when required.
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior while on duty.
