HR Administrator

This is a full-time on-site role as an HR Administrator at KPH Group. The administrative roles will consist of managing various HR documents such as employment license, onboarding company policies, and updating internal databases. You will assist the HR Executive in the hiring process, from making calls and scheduling interview with the concerned Head of Department. The HR Administrator will need to reply to emails, take phone calls and answer employee questions in person and ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Maintain employee records
  • Schedule interviews
  • Update social media page
  • Provide support to employees in any day-to-day needs
  • Be the first point point of contact for HR-related queries and direct as required
  • Assist in the training plan as well as execution
  • Assist in the time keeping and payroll processing
  • Assist with induction of certain roles
Educational and skill requirements
  • Certification in human resources, management or similar
  • Proven experience in an HR role
  • Excellent telephone, verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices
  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • Must be approachable and helpful
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Good ethical judgement
