HR Executive
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Executive to join our HR team. This role will involve working closely with business leaders and employees to align HR practices and workforce solutions with business objectives. The HR Business Partner will also get involved in various HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management.
Your Mission

Handle queries in relation to HR policies and processes.

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires and departing employees while maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Support with the smooth running of the performance management process.

Provide support for HR functions, including the maintenance of people data on our HRM System (Workday).

Consulting with our internal legal team to ensure the firm is compliant with general HR legal requirements such as GDPR and employment law.

Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on recruitment strategies and people planning.

Assist with resolving employee relation issues.

About You

A tertiary level of education in HR, Psychology, Management or a related field.

Ideally you will have 1-2 years of experience in a business partner role.

Possess strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staff.

Highly self-motivated, resourceful, committed, and resilient.

Ability to thrive on challenges in a very fast-paced and high-volume environment where quality and speed are of essence.

Strike a good balance between working independently and collaborating with colleagues.
