

Human Resources Executive
Job Description
eCabs is looking for a Human Resources Executive to join its Human Capital team. The selected individual will be responsible for leading the administration of Human Resources policies, programs and initiatives. This position provides front-line support in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, training, and internal/external communications with both employees and contractors.

Processing new hires, terminations, transfers, and existing employee changes.

Responsible for the administration and interpretation of HR policies and programs.

Update and maintain various HR reports and employee information for payroll, benefits and employee files.

Identify process improvement opportunities and policy gaps through trend analysis.

Handle EU and third country employment.

Ensure that tasks, assignments and other assigned duties are kept confidential.

Collaborate on and follow company policies, practices and procedures to maintain internal controls.

At least 3 years’ experience working in a similar position.

Able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and flexibility with work schedule to accommodate last minute requests.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle situations which require understanding, responsiveness and maturity.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal skills communication and presentation skills.

Able to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision.

Skilled in managing confidential issues with discretion.

Possess an eye for detail and ability to work under pressure.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
