ES Hotels is looking for a Reservation Executive who will be responsible for handling booking inquiries, managing room reservations, and ensuring a smooth reservation process for guests.
Responsibilities:

Process room reservations via phone, email, or online booking platforms.

Provide information about hotel services, rates, and promotions.

Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of reservations and ensure room availability.

Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently.

First preference will be given to candidates with a valid Skills Pass.
