

Pastry Chef
Join our team! We’re looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to help us craft irresistible pastries at Cremilla Gelateria in Malta. If you have a passion for baking and an eye for detail, we want you to be part of our team!
What You’ll Do:

Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, from croissants to cakes, tarts, and cookies, ensuring consistent high quality and presentation

Work closely with the Gelateria team to create seasonal and themed pastries

Maintain a clean and organized pastry station, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times

Assist with the creation of gelato and pastry pairings to elevate the overall customer experience

Contribute to the creative development of new pastry offerings and seasonal menus

Ensure excellent customer service by providing product knowledge and interacting with guests when necessary
Requirements:
-
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role

A passion for creating beautiful and delicious pastries

Attention to detail and an artistic touch in presentation

Strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Ability to work flexibly with rotative shifts — 45 hours per week (for full-time)

Willingness to work during opening hours: 9:00 AM – 11:50 PM (summer schedule) Winter Schedule: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
