ICT Administrator

Maypole is a family run group of businesses operating within the manufacturing and distribution of food products. The Group is seeking to recruit the services of a full time ICT Administrator.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • General support at hardware, software, and network levels
  • Installation and setup of all ICT related hardware, software and network
  • Participate in and contribute towards the implementation of ICT related projects
  • Document ICT inventory and processes
  • Other general ICT related responsibilities
Educational and skill requirements
  • Have atleast 3 years on hands on experience in a similar role
  • Possess a valid category B driver's license
  • Be practical in dealing with issues and their resolution
  • Be proactive, out of the box thinker and pay attention to detail
  • Be trustworthy, organised, have team spirit and possess good verbal communication skills
  • Be knowledgeable of a Windows Domain Active Directory environment and able to offer support
  • Have a good understanding of networking, managed switches, and patch panels
