ICT Administrator

Maypole is a family run group of businesses operating within the manufacturing and distribution of food products. The Group is seeking to recruit the services of a full time ICT Administrator.

Main tasks and responsibilities

General support at hardware, software, and network levels
Installation and setup of all ICT related hardware, software and network
Participate in and contribute towards the implementation of ICT related projects
Document ICT inventory and processes
Other general ICT related responsibilities

Educational and skill requirements

Have atleast 3 years on hands on experience in a similar role
Possess a valid category B driver's license
Be practical in dealing with issues and their resolution
Be proactive, out of the box thinker and pay attention to detail
Be trustworthy, organised, have team spirit and possess good verbal communication skills
Be knowledgeable of a Windows Domain Active Directory environment and able to offer support
Have a good understanding of networking, managed switches, and patch panels
