The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Junior Airworthiness Engineer to join our client's team in Malta. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic CAMO environment - ideal for someone in the early stages of their airworthiness engineering career.
You'll support the safe and compliant operation of our growing fleet of private jets and contribute to our mission of maintaining high standards in airworthiness management, documentation, and aircraft maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with EASA Part M regulations and internal procedures
- Manage and update technical documentation and airworthiness data (e.g., AMP, ADs, SBs)
- Support planning and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure on-time service delivery
- Communicate with ground operations teams on airworthiness issues affecting flight scheduling
- Assist with the installation and monitoring of new onboard equipment and systems
- Prepare and manage maintenance records, reports, and compliance files
- Contribute to regulatory and technical audits as needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a CAMO or airworthiness role (business aviation experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance documentation: AMP, SBs, ADs, MPD, AMM, IPC
- Familiarity with CAMO systems is a plus
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and a proactive team player mindset
