Vecchia Napoli restaurants, renowned for their authentic Italian flavours, warm atmosphere and commitment to quality service, are currently seeking to recruit full-time Kitchen Porters to join the team at their Ta’ Qali outlet.

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals who can help maintain our high standards and ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen.

The role involves maintaining the kitchen area to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organization at all times. Successful candidates will be responsible for cleaning all kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas after each service period, as well as washing and polishing plates, cutlery, and glassware used by guests. Kitchen Porters are also expected to assist kitchen staff whenever necessary to ensure the efficient running of daily operations.

Applicants should have previous experience in the catering or hospitality industry, possess good communication skills, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Reliability, flexibility, initiative, and a positive, can-do attitude are essential qualities for this position. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required. All applicants must present a clean Police Conduct Certificate, and non-EU nationals must hold a valid work permit.
