Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of all the equipment within the premises, including the Plant Area, Kitchen and Laundry

Education and requirements

Electrical Technician Certificate / Diploma or equivalent

Certificate in HVAC or equivalent would be considered an asset

Wireman License A & B would be considered an asset

At least 2 years’ experience in similar position

Excellent diagnostic/troubleshooting skills

Ability to perform under pressure and handle multiple tasks in parallel

Responsibilities

Ability to work on a shift basis

Carry out routine maintenance on Electrical / Mechanical & HVAC equipment

Carry out repairs and improvement works as instructed by the Maintenance Administration

Maintain a high standard on all jobs and follow safety regulations
