Makeup Artist /Sales Advisor

The MAC Artist represents the image, products and culture of the company to the customer. The primary responsibility is customer service and sales, achieved through exceptional communication skills and artistic abilities. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining the store environment and operations and assisting with administrative duties.

Essencial Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, fostering a welcoming and personalised experience.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of makeup products and techniques, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Apply makeup professionally and creatively to enhance the customer’s natural beauty.
• Upsell and cross-sell complementary products to maximise sales and boost customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked makeup area.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Inform customers of available services, MAC consciousness programs and philosophies.
• Actively participate in store events, training sessions, and product launches to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
