Beauty Clinic Manager (Focused on Calls)
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Beauty Clinic Manager (Focused Calling) to lead our team for our office in Sliema, focusing on calls, scheduling appointments and providing information to clients about our services.
Main tasks and responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing and overseeing day-to-day operations, achieving team objectives and fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment with experience in human resources and accounting, to take charge of customer and employee management.
Educational and skill requirements
The candidate must have experience in the position and be local, so must be able to speak English and Maltese.
A high level of English is a must, and knowing Maltese is a plus.
