Manager, Restaurant, Café, Catering Establishment

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, café, or catering establishment, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient service delivery.  
• Recruit, train, supervise, and support staff while managing schedules and maintaining high performance standards.  
• Manage budgets, inventory, purchasing, and operational costs to maximise profitability and minimise waste.  
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, licensing requirements, and company policies.
