Office Supervisor

• Supervise and support administrative staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performance to ensure efficient office operations.  
• Coordinate daily office activities, including correspondence, scheduling, filing, and document management.  
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities while maintaining accurate administrative records and operational procedures.  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and provide administrative support to management and other departments. 

Educational and skill requirements

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
