We are inviting applicants for Full-Time employment for a Labourer, Building Construction role.

We are seeking a dependable Building Construction Labourer to support construction projects by performing general site labour, assisting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople with construction activities, including site preparation, material handling, and general labour duties.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment around the site.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area by removing debris and following health and safety regulations.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as instructed and report any hazards, equipment faults, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

Educational and skill requirements

Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese
• Be customer-oriented
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
