Supervisor, Market Research & Interviewing

• Supervise and coordinate market research interviewers and data-collection teams.
• Organise interview schedules, assign workloads, and monitor progress against research targets.
• Review interviews, surveys, and collected data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with research procedures.
• Train and support interviewers, resolve fieldwork issues, prepare progress reports, and communicate findings or operational updates to management.

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
