Debt-Collectors And Related Workers

• Contact customers by phone, email, or written correspondence to follow up on outstanding debts and overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and payment arrangements with customers while providing clear information about outstanding balances and payment terms.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment agreements, customer communications, and account updates.
• Monitor overdue accounts, prepare collection reports, and ensure all debt recovery procedures comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented euro 
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
