Systems Analyst, Computers

• Analyse existing computer systems, business processes, and user requirements to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather and document technical and functional requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.
• Design, test, implement, and evaluate system changes, applications, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, prepare technical documentation, and coordinate with developers, administrators, and end users.

Educational and skill requirements

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
