We are inviting applicants for Full Time employment for a Supervisor, Restaurant And Catering

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant and Catering Supervisor to oversee daily food service operations and ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate service, manage customer needs, and support smooth restaurant or catering operations.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate restaurant, catering, and service staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
Oversee daily service operations, ensuring customers receive efficient, friendly, and professional service.
Monitor food quality, portioning, presentation, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
Assist with stock control, ordering, event preparation, cash handling, scheduling, and resolving customer complaints.
