Laboratory Scientist, Medical (Medical Lab Scientist - Mls)

• Perform laboratory tests and analyze blood, tissue, and other biological specimens using laboratory equipment and standard procedures.  
• Interpret and validate test results, ensuring accuracy and reporting findings promptly to healthcare professionals.  
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments while adhering to quality assurance and quality control protocols.  
• Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation. 

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese  
• Be customer-oriented  
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team  
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for
