Tree And Shrub Crop Grower

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Plant, water, fertilize, and maintain trees, shrubs, and other crops according to growing requirements. 
• Prune, trim, and support plants to promote healthy growth and proper shape. 
• Monitor plants for pests, diseases, weeds, and other issues, and take appropriate action. 
• Maintain growing areas, tools, and equipment while following health, safety, and environmental procedures. 

Educational and skill requirements
Applicant Must:

• Be fluent in English and/or Maltese   
• Be customer-oriented   
• Be willing to learn and work effectively as part of a team   
• Have relevant experience in the position applied for   
• Only documents in English or Maltese will be accepted.
