• Plan, coordinate, and oversee financial and insurance operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and achievement of business objectives.  
• Lead, supervise, and develop teams while managing client relationships and promoting high standards of customer service.  
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational efficiency.  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, insurance legislation, risk management policies, and organisational procedures.
