We are inviting applicants for Full Time employment for a Manager, Manufacturing (Production And Operations)

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production and Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, high product quality, and cost-effective processes. The role involves leading production teams, managing resources, improving operational performance, and ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee manufacturing production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
Lead, supervise, and support production teams while managing workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational performance.
Monitor production schedules, budgets, inventory, and equipment to optimise efficiency and minimise downtime.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, environmental requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
