Marketing Executive

Fenlex Corporate Services Ltd., one of the leading corporate service providers in Malta and Fenech & Fenech Advocates, a leading multi-disciplinary law firm are looking to recruit an Executive, within the Marketing Department.

General Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the coordination and implementation of the organisation’s marketing, communications and public relations initiatives.
• Assisting in the implementation of annual marketing plans, campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Creating and managing content across various communication channels, including social media, websites, email marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Recording and editing video content for use across social media and digital marketing channels.
• Assisting in the management and optimisation of the organisation’s website, including SEO and user experience improvements.
• Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing and communication activities.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis across relevant industry sectors.
• Supporting the management and consistent application of the company’s brand identity and corporate image.
• Coordinating the production and distribution of marketing and promotional materials.
• Supporting internal communication initiatives and employer branding activities where required.
• Assisting with the planning and coordination of corporate events, sponsorships and networking activities.
• Coordinating relationships with external suppliers, agencies and business partners.
• Maintaining the organisation’s marketing databases, content libraries and digital assets.

Requirements of the ideal candidate:

• Have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
• Hold a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Possess a good understanding of digital marketing, website management and SEO principles.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Have experience with WordPress, social media management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Have basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools, such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Possess strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
• Be fluent in English, with strong writing and editing abilities.
• Be proactive, motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively to deadlines.
