
Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The primary objective of this role is to strengthen and enhance relationships with both existing and prospective clients, with a strong focus on maximizing employee placements across as many outlets as possible. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring sustained growth and profitability.

Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Develop and implement strategies to strengthen client relationships, focusing on building trust and identifying new business opportunities.

Drive growth by maximizing employee placements in current and new client outlets.

Design strategic plans and set achievable goals for business growth.

Maintain budgets, optimize expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.

Establish and enforce policies and processes to support operational excellence.

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees, ensuring alignment with company standards.

Drive sales efforts by identifying client needs and providing tailored outsourcing solutions.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar operations management role.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
