The Role

Responsibilities:

• Promptly responding to all incoming customer and wholesale inquiries.
• Overseeing the customer experience for the pottery workshops ensuring all customers leave satisfied
• Assisting retail customers with purchases
• Assisting with events and photography shoots co-ordination
• Supervising production staff to maintain motivation, adherence to schedules, and clear understanding of daily production plans.
• Making sure production plans are followed with annual production targets, current inventory needs in the UK and Malta, and B2B orders.
• Upholding high-quality standards through rigorous quality control checks.
• Monitoring equipment functionality and coordinating maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Managing raw materials inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and transporters for timely orders.
• Monitoring shipments from suppliers to Malta and also to customers.
