The Role
We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, organised and reliable candidate to work in our pottery production in Attard. The candidate will be given full training on all aspects of pottery production including slip casting, fettling, modelling, glazing and packing the kilns.

<li>Supervising production staff to maintain motivation, adherence to schedules, and clear understanding of daily production plans.</li>
<li>Making sure production plans are followed with annual production targets, current inventory needs in the UK and Malta, and B2B orders.</li>
<li>Upholding high-quality standards through rigorous quality control checks.</li>
<li>Monitoring equipment functionality and coordinating maintenance schedules and repairs.</li>
<li>Managing raw materials inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and transporters for timely orders.</li>
<li>Monitoring shipments from suppliers to Malta and also to customers.</li>
