Pastry Chef (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Join our team! We’re looking for a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to help us craft irresistible pastries at Cremilla Gelateria in Malta. If you have a passion for baking and an eye for detail, we want you to be part of our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, from croissants to cakes, tarts, and cookies, ensuring consistent high quality and presentation
• Work closely with the Gelateria team to create seasonal and themed pastries
• Maintain a clean and organized pastry station, ensuring hygiene standards are met at all times
• Assist with the creation of gelato and pastry pairings to elevate the overall customer experience
• Contribute to the creative development of new pastry offerings and seasonal menus
• Ensure excellent customer service by providing product knowledge and interacting with guests when necessary
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
• A passion for creating beautiful and delicious pastries
• Attention to detail and an artistic touch in presentation
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work flexibly with rotative shifts
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
