Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of ten McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit Crew to join the nationwide team that proudly delivers the McDonald’s experience to thousands of customers all day, every day.

The Position

McDonald’s crew provides prompt, courteous and high-grade service to guests and live up to the McDonald’s promise to make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone. Crew are engaged in various stages of food preparation, customer engagement and service, drive-thru orders, and supporting managers in multiple aspects of restaurant operations.

The Requirements

• The ideal candidates will demonstrate good command of English language, good communication skills
• A strong sense of responsibility for service levels as they display passion for the brand.
• McDonald’s offers great flexibility to its teams. However, it is important that candidates are willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates with experience in food and beverage operations will have an advantage.
• Candidates with a skills pass in hospitality will be at an adavntage.
